GMASS is a downhole gas/fluid separation and management system designed for underbalance operations. The system is composed of two elements; the separation section and the gas management section.

GMASS removes up to 90% of the gas in a mixture optimising performance for underbalance operations.

Less well intervention time – Improves PDM performance and operational efficiency - Longer operating life

Faster operations - Maximise fluid impact forces for jetting systems - Reduced OPEX

Improved control - allows controlled underbalance operations - Minimised risk

MagClamp™ - This patented technology permits effective cable suspension inside tubing without indenting and damaging the walls of the tubing string.

Engineered cable load distribution avoids slippage and excessive tensile/compressive loads associated with installation failures in wells utilising the anchor or welded type of suspension devices.

Conventional anchor mechanisms used to date have presented a number of problems that have led to completion failure. Poor gripping, CT wall indentation and cable slippage are some of the main problems. The indentation caused is beyond the acceptable tolerances set by the Coiled Tubing manufacturers. Such damage leads to crack initiation that under typical operational conditions could result in a parted string.

Xpress-ESP™ systems can be installed in less than 50% of the time required to install conventional ESP completions using a rig.

Without a rig - Cost effective deployment / retrieval - Reduced cost

Live well deployment - Minimises formation damage - Enhanced productivity

Safe & Reliable - features a robust release mechanisms - Minimum risk

IESL’s Rheologically Enhanced Production System - RhEPS® is a unique technology that allows accurate well performance modelling and downhole fluid conditioning. It takes into account factors that affect fluid behaviour such as temperature and mechanical energy.

Realistic fluid properties– precise determination of fluid’s dynamic rheological properties such as viscosity - Accurate well performance prediction

Optimum equipment sizing– Understanding the fluid’s rheological behaviour, equipment such as pumps can be properly selected and sized - Lower CAPEX and OPEX

Fluid conditioning– RhEPS® allows downhole fluid conditioning ensuring that pressure losses are kept to a minimum - Higher productivity

WellCONCRETE is a high temperature cement system that exhibits unique properties such as increased strength, improved rheology and long term performance.
The system can be tailored for a variety of conditions and required properties.

Improved casing isolation - Higher compressive strength - Less risk

Extreme Conditions - Enhanced performance at high temperatures - Extended applications

Compatible - With all cements and additives – Maximised flexibility
