Are you an excellent communicator? Do you have superb organising skills? Can you create and maintain order and efficiency in an office environment? We are looking for an individual to take on the responsibilities of ensuring that office administration and communications run smoothly in our office in Aberdeen. Part-time or job sharing considered.

This involves taking on the role of speaking with and responding to our customers and other IES offices. It requires maintaining the office administration and performing administrative duties while working alongside our team of engineers. There is a lot of responsibility and an opportunity to work in an environment where you are not just a number!

We want someone who is dependable, articulate, numerate, litterate and computer literate, has a good attention to detail and seeking to work in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment. Languages useful.
